Up & Down
Why getting up and down from the floor at least twice a day is good for us.
Read the Article
I'm so glad that I read this! Just last month I took a hard fall in a parking lot and was unable to get myself up. Fortunately a passing angel came out of a nearby business and helped me get up and to my car. The incident left me not only bruised and sore but shook my confidence to the core.
My new "action plan" is to get down and up from the floor two times every day.
THANK YOU LESLIE!!!
Books
One of the things I take great pride in is the discipline I’ve acquired in my 25 years as a yoga practitioner. An example of that discipline is the time I devote each morning to the reading of yoga and health-related books and articles. I hope you find these books as enriching as I have. Breath by James Nestor
“With his entertaining, eerily well-timed new book, James Nestor explains the science behind proper breathing and how we can transform our lungs and our lives.
