Yoga with you has been an exceptionally rewarding experience for me. Thank-you! Our sessions mix a nice balance of new poses with the fundamental positions. Group classes may be intimidating to a new student, and one-on-one instruction will help an experienced practitioner move forward in their yoga practice, Leslie offers one-hour individual yoga instruction to match your specific goals.

These sessions are offered at Leslie’s office, 5523 Mission Road, Suite B., in Bonsall, unless other arrangements are made.


If You are New to Yoga
:

Practicing alongside experienced yogis when one has little or no yoga experience is intimidating (I speak from personal experience.).

Individual instruction will help overcome this hesitancy as it addresses the components of a yoga class, and offers fundamental postures in a safe and supportive environment. In this way, you learn about the practice before stepping into a public class, with one-on-one feedback to help you learn about and understand your body and the practice of Yoga.


If You have Yoga Experience
:

Deepen your practice and raise your level of understanding of the poses and the journey involved, as you increase awareness of your strengths and weaknesses. Individual instruction is tailored to your unique goals, whether it’s working towards particular poses, addressing pain and imbalances, or creating routines that fit your constitution and schedule.

Together, we’ll work to refine your practice through sound alignment principles.

$300 / 5 Sessions
